V. The Losers

Three cultures/countries of the pre-modern-rooted Western and Eastern peoples were meant to fulfil optimal modern historical purposes – which however didn’t happen. These three cultures are :

Apart from individual exceptions, collectively these cultures and their concerned leaders/personality failed to consummate their optimal modern duty and destiny. The appellation loser conveys this historical-ideological-intellectual-cultural failure.
